Disney Store LE Pins 2016

One of the best things with the online Disney Stores in Europe is that they approx. every second week release some fantastic and magical pins. They are only available in few numbers of the same item. They price are much different from the item but they are for the most the price worth.

In 2016 there were released a lot of new pins which can be used in clothes or to be collected.

In this entry you can find all the pins that that has been released in Europe between January and December 2016. So if you missed some or didn't noticed them, I can maybe be your help.

What's a pin?
A pin is a little metal plate with a pin on back. It can be used to be set on the clothes or you can collect them. It's your own choice. On the metal plate there a little print on.

What means Limited Edition?
Disney use much the two words "Limited Edition" because they make so many products that some of them can't be on the market at the whole time. LE means that there are not many of the same product, it's limited to a group or something else.
As an example: There are 300 of the same pin in Europe, where the pin exists 1200 worldwide. That means that there are only 900 to the rest of the world.

Every second week Disney Store in Europe release a pin in Limited Edtion. These pins can only be bought on the Disney Stores sites, for example DisneyStore.co.uk.

This is a guide where I show you all the pins that have been released with pictures assembled. There will also be information if there was something important at that time. The first 13th pins are from the Danish Disney Store where the rest is in English.

This pin of Olaf were released about 12th January 2016. There was no information that pin would be released, so you would only know it if you daily checked the Disney Store site. The price for this pin was £9 in England.

The Stitch Easter pin that was released 15th March was updated before it came out. Disney Store added a little text where they wrote the pin would come out about 08:00 AM in Denmark.

This pin with C-3PO, BB-8 and R2-D2 from The Force Awakens came unexpected. There were 1,900 worldwide. This pin costed £9 in England.

This pin of Cruella de Vil should have been released on 28th June. It was later postponed to 19th July (see below)

The pin set with the Animator dolls was after the first view of the set in another price. The first price was set to £125 but was then set to £55. In Denmark the set should have costed 1.400 kr. but was dropped to 480 kr.

This pin of the Rogue One characters came out about 20th October. It came unexpected. The price in England was £30, but in Denmark it was released to 35 kr. This was a mistake but it was not corrected before a week later or something. The origin price was 265 kr.

On 13th December there should have been released an ice cream set with Tsum Tsum. This set was later postponed and has never been released since. The set was released on the American Disney Store site.

The last pin in 2016 was a Mary Poppins pin.

If you miss some of the pins you can hopefully be lucky to find 'em on eBay. The price is different from seller to seller but there's still a chance.

Pictures: Each pin has been taken as a screenshot on the Disney Store sites where I later have edited and assembled the pictures to fewer. The copyright are Disney and the Disney Store sites.
