Celebrate the 175 years of Tivoli in Denmark with a little Disney magic.
In 2018, the famous amusement park in Denmark, Tivoli, can celebrate their 175th anniversary. To celebrate the anniversary, Tivoli has designed an anniversary parade which you can see in a limited time.
The parade consist of 5 floats and 30 performers with the theme "The world comes together in Tivoli". As a collaboration with Disney, Walt Disney World Resort has designed a custom float inspired by the attraction "It's A Small World" alongside the famous Disney Castle and the statue of Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse.
Walt Disney was very fascinated of Tivoli and was one of the theme parks that inspired him for Disneyland, which opened in the USA on 17th July, 1955. Since the 1960s, a collaboration between Disney and Tivoli have been established.
Yesterday, I visited Tivoli in person to experience the parade and the magical float from Walt Disney World Resort. The float have many details and the characters on the top of the float turns around as the float runs around the park.

The anniversary parade begun on 19th May and will end on 23rd September, 2018. You can enjoy the parade Monday to Thursday at 17:00 and Saturday and Sunday at 18:00.
