Oh My Disney has revealed old characters returning to the upcoming sequel of Descendants along with new characters to appear.
The next movie in the Disney Channel Original Movie franchise Descendants will hit the TV screens next year. After the first movie in 2015, and the first sequel in 2017, the VK Kids are returning.
The Disney blog Oh My Disney has revealed that 3 old characters from Descendants and Descendants 2 will return for the 3rd movie.
Audrey (played by Sarah Jeffery) will return in Descendants 3. She appeared in the first Descendants while she was only mention by Chad in Descendants 2. She's the daughter of Aurora
Harry Hook (played by Thomas Doherty) will also make a return in the sequel. Harry only appeared as a member of Uma's pirate crew in Descendants 2. He's the son of Captain Hook.
The next member of Uma's pirate crew, Gil (played by Dylan Playfair) will also make an appearance. He's son of Gaston.
We already know that a new character will appear in Descendants 3: Mal's dad. Besides that, a new villain and his kid are added to the story.
Jamal Sims will play the famous villain from Disney's The Princess and the Frog (2009), Dr. Facilier. If that wasn't enough, Jamal is also the choreographer on Descendants 3 alongside Kenny Ortega, the executive producer and directer of Descendants.
And Jadah Marie will appear as Celia, the daughter of Dr. Facilier.
Oh My Disney also revealed that both Dizzy (Anna Cathcart), Jane (Brenna D'Amico), Doug (Zachary Gibson), and Chad Charming (Jedidiah Goodacre) all will return for the movie.
