Disney does much when it comes to celebrating Christmas and the New Year. The three channels in Scandinavia, Disney Channel, Disney XD, and Disney Junior have also celebrated the 2 celebrations.
Let's take a look on the three channels:
Disney Channel
Disney Channel started the Christmas theme on 1st December. Unfortunately, they mostly just reused the stuff from 2018, both idents and the logo. New things to appear was a promo and the "Reklamer" idents to be Christmas-themed, idents that show there will be commercials.
Disney Channel's Christmas theme ended on 4th January 06:00
The logo is red with snow.
The logo actually looks pretty good comparing with the theme song for the DuckTales (2017) episode "Last Christmas".
To celebrate Christmas, Disney Channel aired a lot of DCOMs in December:

Disney XD
Disney XD aired some Christmas promos on 30th November but did first start the Christmas theme on 1st December too, like DC.
Disney XD's Christmas theme ended on 27th December when the channel closed on 22:00
The channel had a bug through December in form of a Christmas tree, just in purple. This is new as 2018's bug was a green Christmas tree.
Through December, the channel aired different specials in the morning and the evening.
To celebrate New Year, Disney XD aired only Phineas and Ferb related programmes on 1st January 2020. The schedule only contained episodes from the series and "Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension". A promo aired to tell the viewers about it.
Disney Junior
Disney Junior started Christmas on 23rd November in the weekend dubbed "Olaf's Winter Weekend". The channel aired different winter-themed episodes and the Sofia the First episode "The Secret Library: Olaf and the Tale of Miss Nettle". Before every show air on the channel, an ident is appearing saying what will air now. These were changed to be Christmas-themed. The weekend of the 23rd and 24th November had a bug on episodes with Olaf. Other idents just showing the Disney Junior logo were also changed to be Christmas.
Disney Junior's Christmas theme ended in the last weekend of December
Through December, Disney Junior also had an icy logo.
When new Christmas episodes aired on Disney Junior, a little Christmas tree bug was used. The bug was also used on other times and on Christmas Eve.

On 1st December, Disney Junior showed a promo where they told you to come back everyday to decorate the Christmas tree. The channel showed a promo everyday, lasting 45 seconds, where a little game took place and showed a gift. When the game was finished, the gift would unlock a Disney Junior character as a Christmas bauble to hang on the tree. The games were different from promo to promo.

As the days went by, I really looked forward to see a Sofia bauble. She is one of my favourite animated characters, but I have to say that the bauble disappointed me. I was pretty chocked to see Sofia with brown hair instead of her normal red-likely hair.
24th December: Nancy (Fancy Nancy (Clancy))
25th December: Star
