shopDisney Celebrates 1st Anniversary of Disney+

12th November 2020 marked the 1st anniversary of Disney+, as it was that date in 2019 the people of the United States could enter the streaming service.

Now, one year later Disney celebrates the anniversary on the American version of shopDisney.

For the anniversary, Disney has produced special T-shirts with a 'Disney+ 1 One Year Anniversary' logo. Ten T-shirts are produced in total, with each showing a different character: The Mandalorian & The Child, Olaf, Forky, The Avengers logo and a dolphin. shopDisney writes they are respectively inspired by The Mandalorian, Frozen and Frozen 2, Toy Story 4, The Avengers saga and National Geographic. Actually the T-shirts of Olaf and Forky could also be inspired by 'Once Upon a Snowman' and 'Forky Asks a Question'.

If you make a purchase before Monday there is an offer of 20%. Besides, Disney Store has also created a special collectable key.



On social media, Disney has shared an impressive image created for the anniversary. The image shows several movies and TV series, which all can be streamed on Disney+, at least in the United States. The images shows, what I know of, A Goofy Movie; Aladdin; Avatar; Avengers; Bao; Big Hero 6; Clouds; Coco; Descendants; Diary of a Future President; Earth to Ned; Frozen II; Gargoyles; Hamilton; Hannah Montana; High School Musical; Hocus Pocus; Kim Possible; Kitbull; Lady and the Tramp; Monsters, Inc.; Mulan; Muppets Now; Onward; Phineas and Ferb; Purl; That's So Raven; The Incredibles; The Lion King; The Mandalorian; The Nightmare Before Christmas; The Proud Family; The Right Stuff; The Simpsons; The Skywalker Saga; The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse/Mickey Mouse (2013); The World According to Jeff Goldblum; Toy Story 4; Up; and Vaiana.
