Something happened for the Disney Store websites in August 2018
On Wednesday 1st August 2018, the Disney Store's websites in Europe changed their name to "shopDisney".
The American Disney Store website experienced the same last year/the beginning of 2018, and now the time has come to Europe.
The change from Disney Store to shopDisney shouldn't change something big. It seems that it's just the name and that they'll focus on more products from other companies. The change of the English Disney Store meant that some products from Disneyland Paris became available to costumers there.
According to the Disney Support site, the real stores won't change the name but keep the name Disney Store. And shopDisney will still get merchandise with the Disney Store brand.
The change of Disney Store has been made in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain and Italy.
You can still use the "Disney Store" instead of writing shopDisney when you'll enter the website.
