2018 Anniversary Ornaments in Disney Store

Have your favourite Disney movie anniversary in 2018?

Many Disney movies can celebrate their anniversary in 2018. To celebrate these titles, Disney Store and shopDisney offer a range of different holiday ornaments with an anniversary medallion.

The ornaments are available in Disney Store and online on shopDisney. They are available probably to all countries - at least in the United States and the United Kingdom.

The ornaments are made of resin while others are made by stone powder and plastic too.

Let's take a look of them I could find on shopDisney. From the least to the highest anniversary.

In 2018, Marvel Cinematic Universe also shortened as MCU can celebrate its 10th anniversary. The franchise consists of different movies containing many of Marvel's characters which all takes place in the same universe. The franchise began with Iron Man in 2008.
The ornament shows the characters Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Gamora, Black Widow, and Rocket Raccoon.

"WALL·E" is an animated movie and was released by Pixar in 2008. It's the 8th movie by the company. The movie follows the little robot of the same name taking care of the Earth in the future.

"Mulan" was released by Walt Disney Animation Studios in 1998. It's the 36th in the Disney Classics franchise.

"The Nightmare Before Christmas" was released in 1993 and can this year celebrate its 25th anniversary. The movie was produced by Tim Burton, the man who later also created Frankenweenie and Alice in Wonderland.

"Who Framed Roger Rabbit" was released in 1988. It can celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2018. Note that the movie hasn't a question mark in the title. It means bad luck in Hollywood.

Wicket the Ewok is ready to celebrate "Star Wars VI: Return of the Jedi"'s 35th anniversary. The movie was released in 1983 and was the 3rd Star Wars movie at that time.

Merlin is ready with his magic to make a big celebration of "The Sword in the Stone"'s 55th anniversary. The movie was released in 1963 and its the 18th Disney Classic.

The two most cutest chipmunks can in 2018 celebrate their 75th anniversary. They were created in 1943 and have since then appeared in many short films. They even got their own TV show called "Rescue Rangers".

Last but not least our favourite character of all time and the mouse that started it all: Mickey Mouse. 2018 marks Mickey Mouse 90th anniversary as he first appeared in 1928 in the short film "Steamboat Willie" which was released on 18th November. Actually, he appeared in short films before that date but as he didn't had a voice until Steamboat Willie, Walt Disney didn't mean he was "born" until then.

Which ornament is your favourite?
