We're still waiting for the upcoming sequel to DuckTales, the series from the Disney. When there's still long time for the series to premiere on Disney XD I can be happy to share facts about the old series. There are not many facts but they are DUCKtastics.
I've 5 facts about the series that I have heard on Disney Channel long time ago. And now it's time to share them for you.
1. DuckTales is inspired by Indiana Jones. This can also be seen on the logo.
2. Not a surprise but still a fact: Mrs. Beakley is Webby's grandmother.
3. The Beagle Boys got numbers instead of names, because of their creator Carl Barks better could stick them together.
4. When Scrooge learned Huey, Dewey and Louie about money, he told them something unusual. Before there was money in Duckburg the citizen paid with salt.
5. Magica de Spell is partially based on Maleficent from Disney's Sleeping Beauty.
